Towns and Flavors of the Valley

Can you imagine a region with large valleys and grape crops, where you can hear the sound of birds and see them so close that they surprise you, a place where the earth gives you delicious food and tropical fruits for a whole country!

It is the BRUT Region, 8 municipalities full of rural traditions with friendly people who have a unique entrepreneurial spirit, where you will enjoy the aroma of coffee and a good Colombian wine. Bolivar – Roldanillo – La unión – Toro – El Dovio – Trujillo – Argelia – Versalle

• Day 1 Welcome in Cartago and check-in at the hotel, in the afternoon we will take a heritage tour in which we will enjoy an exquisite experience, delighting in the flavors and aromas of the special coffees of the region.
• Day 2 Breakfast, transfer to the municipality of Argelia, a town of the colonization of the Cordilleras in Valle del Cauca, where we will have a tour of the urban center, then we will visit an agro-industrial experience of the transformation of bananas in which communities of native peoples participate, then visit a coffee farm, there, we will learn about the process and production of specialty coffees, in an ideal environment for bird watching. In the afternoon we head to the municipality of Toro where we will enjoy a typical drink and discover its traditions, at the end of the day we move to the municipality of La Union for dinner and rest.
• Day 3 Breakfast, transfer and reception in San Antonio, a township in the municipality of Toro, where we will visit a grape plantation and taste this fruit so representative of the region. The territory of the municipality of Toro has a great cultural and natural wealth. In the house of culture we will be able to enjoy and learn by appreciating its different exhibits in which we will find from the remains of prehistoric mastodons to the colonial era of which we will be able to observe diverse utensils used by the aborigines, later, we will return to the hotel in La Union to have dinner and rest.
• Day 4 Breakfast, we will visit the wine factory and museum in La Union, and you can not miss the visit to the Chapel La Ermita, and then visit Roldanillo, the Rayo Museum and the collection of drawings of Latin American masters. At the end of the afternoon we go to La Tulia to enjoy a very special dinner and rest in the middle of La Montaña.
